Welcome and thank you for visiting ANYJAYConsulting.com. This will ultimately be the Homepage of ANYJAY Consulting, owned by Ross Yingling, the Project Management Guy. If you are wondering the ANY and JAY are my children’s initials and I wanted to create an honor to them.

ANYJAY Consulting is being established as a Project Management Consulting Practice providing client engagements in three primary areas:

Project Management and Control Services. Actively managing information systems projects to/through implementation and/or through the implementation of subsequent releases to the initial system baseline.

Project Instability Root Cause Identification and Resolution. Conducting root cause and problem analysis of unstable projects for the purpose of designing and implementing a plan of action to correct the issues and institutionalizing processes and methodologies that will allow the project to maintain a steady state.

Project Manager Mentoring and Coaching. Coaching project management teams through the implementation of tools and techniques allowing them to execute a predefined project plan (not an MS Project Plan GANTT Chart and Task List) successfully from start to finish, addressing Requirements Management, Risk Management, Configuration Management, Change Management.
